The bag has a zipper and a loop strap. This strap can be opened and closed by a snap, so you can hang the wet bag anywhere, like on your pram or backpack. This Teeny Tote is made of PUL, this material is water resistant and not 100% waterproof. When you put soaking wet bathing clothes in this wet bag, the wet bag can feel damp on the outside.
