Free returns within 100 days*

 

  1. Register your returns (in new condition) within 100 days in the shipping portal. Please mind: if you have bought second-hand products, your return period is 14 days.
  2. Log in with your zip code and order number or DPD tracking number.
  3. Register the products that you wish to return.
  4. Print a shipping label to return for free through a parcel shop.
  5. Include a note to your parcel with our address and your name and order number. You can use our thank you note for that. In case the parcel gets damaged, or loses its shipping label, it can be traced back to us. This prevents parcels from getting lost.
  6. If you are returning items from different orders, please register them separately. You do only have to select “At a drop-off point” for one order. The other orders can be registered as “Return in Store”. Then, you can print the label for the parcel shop. Put the items from different orders in one box that you will return. Please include a note with your name and order numbers, so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
  7. Stick your return label on the box and bring it to the parcel shop that you have selected in the shipping portal.
  8. Follow your return with track-and-trace emails.
  9. You will be refunded within 7 days after we have received your parcel, if you have returned your products as new (unwashed) and in the original packaging.

 

*You can return a maximum of two returns per calendar year free of charge. From the third return onwards, we will charge €4.95 by deducting it from your return. This also goes for rental orders. Please return as much as possible in one box and buy consciously.

 

Purchased items have an approval period of 100 days. This means that you have the right to decide to return the items within 100 days of receipt of your order. After registering the returns in the shipping portal you will have 14 days to drop it off at the parcel shop. For second-hand products, there is a return period of 14 days. Products that are returned should not be washed and/or used and should be as new. Moreover, they need to be in their original packaging. You will be refunded as quickly as possible, but at least within 7 days, after we have received your return in good condition. This includes your initial shipping costs, if you return the entire order. Rental order returns will not get their shipping costs refunded. New items that will look washed or used cannot be accepted as returns by us. We will contact you about refunding the second-hand value, or sending it back to you for shipping costs. Returns that are not in line with our return policy are being charged €6.00 shipping costs.This also applies to items that we accept at a second-hand value. Returns are at your own risk.

 

If you return part of your order, your purchase will be recalculated to the price of the part of the order that you keep. It is therefore possible that you are entitled to less discount, so that the refund is lower than the individual price of the returned products.

 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return products that have been ordered especially for you and that are not included in our standard product range.

Please be aware that due to hygienic reasons it is not possible to return menstrual cups and mendstrual discs.

 

Click here to go to the shipping portal and register your return. You can find your order by entering your order number or DPD track-and-trace number and your postal code. In the shipping portal you can select the products you wish to return and indicate the reason for returning. It is not mandatory to indicate a reason, so you can also choose 'no reason'. When you register a return, you will receive a shipping label as a PDF that you can print yourself and tape on the box. You can then hand in your return at a parcel shop. You will then receive emails to track your return.

 

Returning Rental Orders

Rental orders can also be easily returned through the shipping portal. You can select “Rent” as a reason for returning. When you register a return, you will receive a shipping label as a PDF that you can print yourself and tape on the box. You can then hand in your return at a DHL, DPD or bpost parcel shop in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. You will then receive emails to track your return. Processing rental orders can take up to 21 days if the diapers are not stainless. Shipping costs are not refunded for rental orders. We recommend always returning rental items stainless. If you need more time to get the stains out, please send us an email. If the nappies are returned in good condition, without stains, you will receive your deposit minus the rental costs within 7 days of receipt. If the diapers are damaged and are no longer suitable for rental, it is best to contact us before returning them.
