Shipping options and costs

We ship all our parcels via DPD. All parcels ordered and paid for before 4 p.m. are dispatched the same day. In most cases, items are delivered the next day for shipment to the Netherlands. For shipments to other countries in the European Union, this may take a few days longer. In our experience, delivery time outside the Netherlands is usually two to five working days. Packages to Belgium and Germany are sometimes delivered as early as the next working day.

Home delivery or Pick-up point

You can choose home delivery or delivery to a pick-up point. In both cases, you will receive a track and trace mail to follow your shipment. You can also choose to collect your parcel from us in Meppel (The Netherlands). If you choose Collection in Meppel, you never pay any shipping costs.

Shipping costs per country

We ship parcels to all countries in the European Union. Currently, we do not offer options to ship parcels to countries outside the European Union. We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Denmark and Austria exclusively with DPD. For other countries within the European Union, we may ship with another carrier. This may delay the delivery of your parcel by a few days. For Cyprus, Greece and Malta we always use a carrier other than DPD, because DPD does not deliver here. You will always receive a track and trace mail to follow your parcel.

The table below shows the shipping costs per country. In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg, you pay €4.95 shipping costs. For orders from €50 or more, you pay no shipping costs.

Returns

You can return up to 2 packages per year free of charge. All information about returns and the possibility to register your return directly can be found on our returns page.
