Please be aware: The SIO diaper is available in two different versions. The SIO diapers with a higher price have an extra booster. The SIO diapers with a lower price comes with one insert and no extra booster.
Bare and Boho snap-in-one diapers
Recycled Version
The Recycled diapers by Bare and Boho are mainly made of recycled polyester. The water resistant layer as well as the microfleece layer on the inside of the covers is made of recycled polyester.
The diaper comes with a snap-in insert made of hemp or bamboo and an additional bamboo booster. This booster has bamboo on one side and stay dry microfleece on the other. This allows you to choose between a wet or dry feeling to your baby’s skin.
There is also a version without the booster.
The Recycled version has a single leg gusset and a broad back elastic. The diaper is very soft and pliable and has decent absorbency. This line is available in a Newborn version that fits from around 2 to 6 kg and a One Size nappy that fits from around 4 to 18 kg.
Materials
Cover: 90% recycled polyester with 10% PUL
Hemp insert: hemp and organic cotton
Bamboo insert: bamboo and cotton with a microfleece layer (100% polyester)
Bamboo booster: 70% bamboo, 30% cotton (with a microfleece layer of 100% polyester)
The covers and inserts can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius. The covers should be line dried in the shade. The inserts can be dried in the dryer on low heat.
Standard Version
The diapers by Bare and Boho consist of a waterproof cover with a snappable insert. The cover is made of a double layer of PUL, which makes it more leak proof than covers with a single layer of PUL. The Bare and Boho covers also have double leg gussets, which provides a snug fit to the legs. The diaper closes with a double row of snaps and the rise is adjustable by four rows of snaps at the front. This makes the diaper fit between around 4 to 18 kg.
Bare and Boho produces inserts made of bamboo and ones made of a hemp (four layers) and cotton blend. There are snaps at the front and the back to snap the insert into the cover. One side of the insert is wider than the other. For boys, we recommend putting the broader side in the front, for girls vice versa.
