These thin menstrual pads do not close with a snap or hook and loop, but you fold it around the crotch of your underwear. The soft cloth pads by Imse are made of organic cotton. The panty liners are made of 100% organic cotton, the size M has a sewn-in layer of PUL to prevent leakage. The pads come in 3-packs. In the dropdown menu above, you can select the size you wish to receive.

Size S (Panty liner): 17.5 x 6.5 cm
Size M (Normal): 22 x 7.5 cm

Material Panty liner: 100% organic cotton
Material Normal: 100% organic cotton with PUL (100% polyester)

It is best to first rinse the cloth pads in cold water. This can be done with a cold rinse cycle or a short program in the washing machine. They can then be washed at 60 degrees. The cloth pads should not be put in the dryer.
The cloth pads are OEKO-TEX certified.

Fine material but too narrow

Nice soft fabric. Nice that there are no snaps. But personally I find them too narrow at the crotch area, so that when folding them properly you actually have to crumple the crotch of your panties to get a good cover. And as many report: (partly due to narrowness?) check carefully whether everything is back in place after visiting the toilet.

This washable sanitary pad fits comfortably. The size M stays on well, size S does slide a bit. Because I don't run a hot wash very often, I sometimes have to run an extra wash for the pads or do a hand wash. That does add to the hassle. I also still use disposable pads when I travel.

Fine soft panty liners with just the right length for me. Practice folding it and then it fits fine. For me, the folding part could have been a bit wider, now I have to check every time I go to the toilet to make sure it is still in place. If this tip gets picked up, I will definitely order them again

Finer than disposable, but other brand finer

What a relief from disposable panty liners. I chose these because I cycle often and those buttons didn't seem convenient that other brands offer. The disadvantage with these is that they are harder to keep in place. Also, after each toilet trip you have to check that everything is in place. That may also be due to my underwear, stretchy boxer shorts from Hema. Perhaps with narrower briefs it fits perfectly. Also, it doesn't have a smooth layer for leaking. That's why I like Elksbar panty liners better, but these are already a good alternative to disposables.

so much finer than disposable

After giving birth and the worst of the blood loss, I was completely done with the plastic sweaty panty liners in the middle of the summer. I tried these because you don't put knots on these that could irritate me when cycling, for example, and was curious to see if it would stay in place well. This really worked beyond expectations and stays in place well. Nice is different, but so much nicer than disposable. Just feels like underwear, breathes, and yet you know your save is in place (at least with light bleeding, as it is comparable to a panty liner). Plush point = quick dry, so not much of it needed. I put them in with the diaper wash, so no extra laundry or anything.

Fine panty liners! Great to use during my pregnancy. I don't feel these as much and they stay in place better than other washable panty liners. I always have to make sure it is in the right place after a visit to the toilet.

The ideal thing about these is no snaps, hugely convenient if you cycle a lot. At first it was a bit of a search after how to fold these around the underpants. Personally, I find the space to fold around your under well just too narrow. Very sometimes it (almost) falls out of your underwear when going to the toilet. It does not happen to me very often but it is a point of concern

Really top with no snaps! You fold it around your underpants. It's very comfortable because of that and it's not thick. It doesn't slide around much either. I do hope the M absorbs enough without leaking through. The small works great!
