Snap-Free Menstrual Pad Imse Black

These thin menstrual pads do not close with a snap or hook and loop, but you fold it around the crotch of your underwear. The soft cloth pads by Imse are made of organic cotton. The panty liners are made of 100% organic cotton, the size M has a sewn-in layer of PUL to prevent leakage. The pads come in 3-packs. In the dropdown menu above, you can select the size you wish to receive.

Size S (Panty liner): 17.5 x 6.5 cm
Size M (Normal): 22 x 7.5 cm

Material Panty liner: 100% organic cotton
Material Normal: 100% organic cotton with PUL (100% polyester)

It is best to first rinse the cloth pads in cold water. This can be done with a cold rinse cycle or a short program in the washing machine. They can then be washed at 60 degrees. The cloth pads should not be put in the dryer.

The cloth pads are OEKO-TEX certified.

These are ideal for daily use for that extra bit of security (catching discharge/urin leakage). I have bought these before in size S and now bought size M. I like these even better! They stay in place a bit better because they are slightly larger, but they are just as thin. Both sizes stay on my body anyway. And they are wonderfully soft, thin, no poppers and feel nice too (some other brands feel more synthetic, thicker or wetter). I use them less often during my period (then I prefer menstrual underwear or larger pads combined with a tampon or disc).

Fine panty liners, stayed on well, nice fabric and also washable, BUT .... The edge where the panty liner folds around your underpants gets too thick, so it rubs your leg open with every step. It left me with a big wound after 1 day. So for people with sensitive skin, this unfortunately does not work. Such a shame because it is such a good idea and otherwise it was totally fine for me.

Fine unbuttoned.

Fine and thin sanitary pads. With underpants with a straight and not too wide crotch, they stay on very nicely and you don't feel them at all. Ideal that there is no button. With a wider crotch, when going to the bathroom, they can fold open and you have to put them back on again. I find them ideal for that little extra protection on ordinary days.

Fine for underpants

I actually like these pads. When "folding" you have to make sure they are snug and then you don't notice anything. They are only suitable for panties with a straight crotch, so they are not so suitable for thongs

Staying awkwardly seated

For me these panty liners don't really work, they stay on awkwardly when pulling up my underpants, so they don't always feel nice. They are nice and thin though so if they accidentally do sit right, you won't feel a thing, but next time I'll order again with a button.

Does not work for me

Unfortunately for myself, this was a real mis-buy. It does not stay on at all. I have normal underwear, not extremely loose or tight. Maybe it will stay on someone else. But then I think you have to wear very tight pants.
