This trim SIO (snap-in-one) diaper by Lighthouse Kids Company consists of a very leak proof cover with a snap-in insert. The insert is made of three layers of bamboo and a soft microfleece layer. You can fold the insert in two ways, which creates the choice between the bamboo side or stay dry microfleece side against your baby’s skin. Folded in half, this means that there are six absorbing layers of bamboo.

The cover consists of two layers of TPU, has double leg gussets and elastics on the belly and the back. This makes the cover fit snugly and is leakproof. The cover can be adjusted in four sizes. It fits from a good 7 kg until around 25 kg. The fit of the diaper always depends on the build of your child. The cover closes with a double row of snaps. You can also use them as a cover over foldable diapers or fitted diapers.

Extra inserts are available separately. The snaps have a standard size, so you can snap in inserts by other brands as well. For example, the inserts by Bare and Boho, Bebeboo, Buttons and Petit Lulu.

Materials:
-Cover: 100% polyester with TPU
-Insert: 100% bamboo with one layer of microfleece (100% polyester)

The diaper can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius, and can be dried in the dryer on low heat.

Fine elastic, the panty adjusts well to your child's build. And simple system, just snap in insert and fold in half. We use pre-shaped diaper + overpants, but I think this is also a very convenient system. Especially for on the go it seems fine to me, but we are still going to try that out. And nice that these pants can also be used over a preformed diaper.

With our 11.5 month old lady, we mainly use 2-piece HuDa system, but now that she has fine solid stools, I also found the AIO supreme from lighthouse very nice to use. Because you can choose between the fleece side of the insert and the wet side, you can respond to the situation. She does not like it in a wet diaper, so then you can hear her, but if we are on the road and I do not want to have to change ala minute because of that wet feeling, I put the fleece side on top. Because I liked the AIO, but the SIO are more compact to carry, we ordered these. I'm not yet sure if I really find them more convenient and better to use, but I do like the fact that you can reuse the outer pants. Basically, you can click in other inserts and put it over a HuDa as well. I do find that to be an advantage. Too bad the SIO supreme inserts are not for sale separately yet. I do find the fit of the SIO slightly different from the AIO, I think that is also due to the double leak channel. I did not find it necessary, but it is nice and safe;-)
