This newborn Pop-In diaper by Close consists of a cover and an absorbing insert. In contrast to the One Size Pop-in, this cover does not contain an absorbing core. This means that you can reuse a cover with clean inserts during the day. The elastic hem on the belly is so low, that it fits under the cord stump. So it is perfect to use straight after birth! The insert has two different sides. One of the sides is made of 100% polyester, the other side is mainly bamboo. You can choose which side you want to your baby’s skin. The diaper fits from around 2 kg to 5.5 kg and has a very slim fit. The cover has double leg gussets, so there is less chance of stool leakage. Especially designed for tiny bottoms and many diaper changes, super trim and super fast!

Materials:
-Cover: 100% polyester (TPU)
-One side of the insert: 75% bamboo, 25% polyester
-Other side of the insert: 100% polyester

The diaper can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius, and should be line dried.

Beautiful, but only short to use

These diapers are so nice and fall very small, ideal for a newborn. But still not good for little ones who already weigh over 4 pounds, then they don't absorb enough. I had to throw them away after only 1 week. Was not worth the investment for me so. But if you have a very small baby it will be better. Only I find the velcro a bit tricky with a newborn where the umbilical cord is still very sensitive.

I am a fan: compared a few brands and with our newborn of 2.9kg at the time and now heading towards 5kg this one came out as a favorite. Perfectly leak-proof and a nice slim and comfortabale fit (tight on the legs but not tight on the tummy o.m.). As leak-proof as the two-piece we are testing icm petit lulu, but much slimmer. Less absorbency admittedly, though you can add. With a chairside diaper you have to change the overpants more often than with two-piece but so slimmer and still cheaper than aio.

For our newborn son, this diaper was perfect! After just one week, an extra booster was needed. We used a Little Lamb bamboo booster size 1 for this. The downside to boosters is that they fit a little shorter. How happy I am with this diaper. They are now going to a friend as they are still in very good condition after being used with 1 baby.

Very narrow though

Our little girl was born at 2.9 pounds. We wanted to put this over a prefold, but this already barely fit. With the included insert, it does make a very nice diaper for newborns. Fits very nicely slim. However, our daughter pees a lot, so the included booster was often not enough. With an extra booster, it all no longer fits.

Very cute overpants that...

Very cute pants that fit a fairly narrow newborn baby perfectly. Fits both with prefolds and the inserts that come with the pants. The velcro can be closed for washing but I find this doesn't work optimally, comes off quickly and then gets stuck to other laundry. My son used these briefs up to 5 pounds. Even for those few weeks I would definitely recommend them, the other pants ('one size') were really still very large.
