These inserts are made to snap into the Close Pop-In Newborn diapers, to replace the insert that comes with the diaper. The covers can usually be used several times by only exchanging the insert. Generally you will need around 8 complete diapers for a newborn and another 15 inserts (5 sets of 3). This usually is enough to use these diapers full time.

The inserts consist of 5 layers that are partly attached to each other. This makes for a relatively short drying time. The upper layer is made of 100% polyester to wick moisture away from the skin into the insert. The absorbent layers are made of bamboo. If you prefer natural fibers to the skin, you can place the bamboo up. The inserts are sold in 3-packs.

Materials: 75% bamboo and 25% polyester (top layer of 100% polyester)

The inserts can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius and can be dried in the dryer.

Fine, slim inserts

Very nice SIO inserts for the Pop-in diapers. They are slim and fit really well from a young age. We use them with the boosters from Little Lamb, but when they are in the wash we sometimes use the one size booster from Petit Lulu or other brands. They work just fine. For our son, I fold the booster in half at the front, which makes it less prone to leakage and allows a larger size booster to fit in. Son is now 9 weeks old and they still work fine. I expect them to get really small from size 62 on. He is now in 50/56 and is 57cm with a petite build. I prefer pre-shaped diapers for the night because I don't have to change them as often.

Love my newborn PopIns! We have 20 and got an extra 9 inserts to make washing every 2nd day easy. Perfect for frequent changes (every 2-3h). Also Great for dad to help with nappy changes ;)

Beautiful slim insert

We had bought extra inserts for the diapers. Fine absorption at first, but soon it was not enough for our little son. The inserts are nice and slim, but in our opinion this made the poop end up faster on the pants, which is annoying when you don't want to change the pants every diaper change. However, we were able to prevent the pants from getting dirty fairly well by placing a hydrophilic washcloth or spit up cloth in the pants under the insert.

Satisfied with the inserts, fit nicely into Close pants, relatively small package because they are slim. When our daughter was >3 kg after a few weeks she started leaking more often (pee) because the absorption was not sufficient. Then we used 2 inserts at the same time, but this did not fit nicely in the pants. In short for the first few weeks ideal but you do have to switch to the next diaper pretty quickly.
