This set of Ecru Bamboozle Pads has been developed to be used in combination with the TotsBots Bamboozle covers. The Bamboozle Pads are clicked into the covers with the help of press studs. With most changes, only the pads need to be replaced and the covers can be used again. The set consists of two pads that can be clicked together. For newborns or children who urinate little, the smallest pad is usually sufficient. With older children you use the large pad and eventually you click both pads together and click them together in the covers. Material: -Shell: 80% bamboo and 20% polyester -Filling: 100% polyester The pads can be washed at 60 degrees and can be tumble dried at a low temperature.

Easy to use but does not absorb enough

The pads are pretty easy to use but my experience that they absorb moderately.... My son doesn't pee a huge amount but still we regularly have wet pants. Wouldn't buy the pads again but go for a bamboozle or something

Favorite, but unfortunately with polyester

If your baby pees a fair amount and you don't want him/her crawling/running around with a huge diaper butt during the day I find this brand ideal. They also dry pretty quickly on the line. Compared to disposable diapers, it's also a matter of planning. If I know I am going to give my child (aged 10 months) a big bottle I put the double inserts in and change her again an hour later. If I know she won't get a bottle between naps a diaper with less absorbency is also sufficient. Unfortunately there is still polyester in these diapers, which is not sustainable because it gives off microplastics to the drain water and outside on the line to the air. A gyppyfriend laundry bag or Planetcare filter for attached to the washing machine filters out about 90% of the microfibers. However, the best solution is to stop wearing polyester clothing. It is time for the washable diaper world to become more sustainable in this area.

Large inserts that do not distribute moisture well

My son used to wear size 4 disposable diapers. We switched to washable, but because of this he needs pants 1 or 2 sizes bigger because they no longer fit around his diaper. Also, we have to change the diaper every 2 hours, which used to be every 4 hours. And even with more frequent changes, we do have a leak every other day. Then the front is leaked, but the back half of the insert is still dry. It doesn't matter here whether we use 1 or 2 parts of the Peenut pad.

Quite wide and absorbs less than expected.

My daughter needed both parts of the Peenut pads as early as 12 weeks (5.8kg) because we kept having leaks (she does 3 to 4 hours with these). I doubt this would allow her to do it until she is potty trained. Also, I find them rather wide, making it a big wad between the legs.

I.c.m. peanut wrap very easy, slim and dry quickly. Unfortunately we very often have leaks with our three month old baby. In the back the pad is still dry then. Maybe it works better with girls. As a booster in a preformed or pocket diaper they are very good though.

Easy in the peanut wrap, but in my opinion not much absorption, or quick leaks due to the sponginess of 't polyester?

Much better than I expected! And much less thick than other diapers. My little one poops & pees a lot but everything is collected nicely in combination with the peunut overpants. I do find them on the pricey side compared to e.g. Little Lambs who also have super absorbent bamboo inserts.

Very nice!!! They fall slim and make this a good system for daytime. When defecating, some still gets next to it, so the pants have to be changed too. That is the only drawback.

Slim shape, but wide....

Slim shape, but wide enough that nothing runs next to it. Absorbs a lot of moisture! And convenient that you don't need a whole new set every change, you can just change the pads. They also dry faster after washing than I expected. I am very satisfied!
