This cover by TotsBots is available in two sizes and both sizes are adjustable in the rise by front snaps. Size 2 can be used as a One Size cover and fit from around 4-16 kg. The Bamboozle cover can be combined with the Bamboozle Pads. They snap into the cover. With most changes, only the insert needs to be replaced. The cover can also be used over prefolds and fitted diapers by TotsBots or another brand.

The cover can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius, and can be dried in the dryer on low heat.

Size 3 also still works well

Since nighttime potty training is still not working out, I bought another size 3 for our 4 year old. The pants fit very well even in this large size. There is occasional leakage at the edge if, for example, an edge of pajama pants crawls between the diaper and stomach.
Despite the good functionality I notice that we find the bedwetters more convenient. A 4 year old wants to take off his own diaper and then he can no longer put them on himself. That's especially unfortunate when he will hopefully be able to find the toilet by himself at night.....

Pants are adjustable in different sizes so you can get it to fit well around the sometimes thick (night) diaper. Only thing is that it doesn't quite seal above the diaper sometimes, so pant elastic bands can cause leakage if not quite right. Cozy print, dries fast and easy to use multiple times.
