These inserts are ideal to boost the Threaded Armor Protective Brief and Lounge Brief AIO adult diapers. The insert is anatomically shaped and has an Athletic Wicking Jersey layer on the skin side. This quickly guides the moisture into the diaper. The insert consists of two layers and is ideal for adding some extra absorbency to adult diapers. It can also be folded in half in the pocket opening of the Lounge Brief AIO adult diaper. This insert is also perfectly fine to use in other brands of diapers.

Two sizes are available:

Size 1 is used for the Threaded Armor Protective Brief and Lounge Brief AIO adult diapers in sizes S and M.
Size 2 is used in the Threaded Armor Protective Brief and Lounge Brief AIO adult diapers size L and XL.

Material: 100% polyester
This insert can be washed at 60 degrees and can be tumble dried at a low to medium temperature.

Dries super fast on the clothesline

Great insert, the idea of this product is quick absorption and quick drying time. For this, the product is perfect! It is also not thick and remains relatively invisible. In terms of absorption it is unfortunately not a miracle product, but just a good product. I use a blumchen stay dry insert in addition to this one these days, the sizing of those inserts is similar to this one. I sandwich the blumchen stay dry insert between the super undies layers which makes the absorption slightly better and the absorption is also perfectly fast. - Step up insert size 1 (super undies pants size S/M) = blumchen stay dry xs - Step up insert size 2 (super undies pants size L/XL) = blumchen stay dry s Also, step up insert size 1 is the only one for sale here? Since there is no size selection with this product I assume so.
