Pocket Preflat Australian Animals On Green (GOTS)

This pre flat from Buuh is made of two layers of Tencel with a layer of cotton. Tencel is made from wood fibers from the Eucalyptus tree. Eucalyptus trees need much less pesticides and fertilizers than, for example, the cotton plant and also consume 80% less water. The water that is used during the production process is recycled, a so-called closed-loop system. The chemicals used to make soft textile fibers from the raw wood fibers are also included in the close-loop system, so they are continuously collected and reused. Tencel is also produced completely chlorine-free and is completely biodegradable.

Not only is it a very durable fabric, it also has other very nice properties. It is lightweight, soft, insulating (warm in winter, cool in summer), absorbs more moisture than cotton while drying faster and is also anti-bacterial. Buuh’s pre flats are soft, stretchy nappies that are already partially preformed. You can easily fold them around your child and secure them with a diaper clip such as Snappi or ABZ diaper fastener. The diapers are elastic and therefore fit perfectly. They contain no elastic, press studs or Velcro and are therefore super comfortable. By folding the two sides of the diaper inwards, you create six layers of absorbent Tencel and three layers of cotton between your baby’s legs. If this is not sufficient absorbency, you can easily boost the diaper.

The diaper can be folded to size and can be used for children from 4 to 15kg. If your baby is still small, simply fold a part of the diaper in half to make it shorter.

A cover or a wool cover still needs to be used to cover the preflats.

It is best to pre-rinse this insert cold and then wash it with a 60-degree wash. They dry best on a line.
