This mini newborn diaper by Hu-Da is suitable for children from around 2.4 to 6 kg. It is the smaller version of the popular Hu-Da bamboo fitted diaper white. The diaper comes with an hourglass shaped insert. For boys, the broader side of the insert can be placed facing the front. The diaper closes with hook and loop (Velcro). A cover made of PUL/TPU or wool is needed to make the diaper waterproof.

The diaper can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius, and can be dried in the dryer on low heat. Hu-Da recommends washing with Sonett Sensitive. If you use laundry detergent with enzymes or bleach, the warranty will be void.

We tested over 10 different diapers during the newborn phase and the Hu-Da was one of the favorites though. Very nice slim package and easy to put on! Also the elastics are very nice, not those "ruffles". Drying time is a bit longer, which is more difficult in winter. But: highly recommended!
Ideal, especially for nights

If you ask me, the best diaper for a newborn. Our daughter was over 4 pounds and fit the diaper well right away. Never had a leak with the Blumchen or Petit Lulu diaper covers. We used the booster for nights so we didn't have to change at night feeds and she didn't wake up ready. She could easily go from 11pm-7am with 1 diaper and booster.

Very nice little, fine diapers for newborns. Our son wore these diapers until he was about 6 kg, he got about 4 months with them. After that his pee got a little too big to keep it dry properly, even with a double booster it didn't stay completely dry anymore. In terms of size, he could have stayed in these diapers a little longer.

Lovely newborn diapers. Purchased after I tried a rental pack with different brands. These fell by far the best and absorb quite a lot of moisture. These diapers also have almost no gaps where newborn poop stays in, this means they always come out of the wash clean right away, which I found disappointing with other brands.
Especially if you plan to have multiple babies, this is worth investing in!
