Pocket Diaper Turquoise Feathers with Snaps

The sides are very so soft. But the inside is also very soft. Especially happy with that softness. Especially the edges. Because of this our lady has no stretch marks after this diaper. Besides pocket diaper, I also have snap in one from Petit Lulu. The snap in one falls slimmer, but the pocket diaper is more user friendly. Yes, you have to put the whole diaper in the wash right away. But I like that better because otherwise you have to unbutton a wet insert and then put it in the wash. That sometimes becomes a dirty mess. In addition, otherwise the diaper cover also has to go in the wash after a poopy diaper. I am therefore more happy with the pocket diaper. Another plus: double leak gutters. Unlike pocket diapers from Koala. This one falls slimmer than pocket diaper from Rumparooz and holds moisture longer. Did I mention how soft the diaper is?

We normally use a two-piece system with Hu-Da bamboo diapers. We have these for when everything else is in the wash and/or not yet dry. Basically fine, but a pocket diaper is obviously a bit more leak-prone and an insert cannot go over the edge, so poop gets into the diaper itself a bit sooner. So compared to our usual system, less, but in terms of pocket diaper, fine. I'm still not sure if I like the open sides, it's easier to put the boosters in, but they move around a bit more.

What an incredibly fine pocket diaper. This diaper has a perfect fit and guzzles a tremendous amount of moisture. With our little girl (4.5 wk - 4.8 kilos), this pocket diaper is so far the nicest one available. The inserts are the same as you know from Petit Lulu, but the diaper itself has an opening in the back to put the inserts in and on both sides, in the middle, openings where you can put the inserts in just a bit more, or press them in. Also, all in all, I think it falls fairly narrow. Compared to the Milovia pockets, these are a lot narrower and absorb a lot better! I am mega excited!
