Kijani Pull-Up Insert

Product is comfortable and looks good, however, it is narrow in the crotch and not leak proof, can end up holding bar little without pressure leakage. Used in conjunction with the SIO overpants, trying both size 13-18 years and adults. The 13-18 year is fine for adults, still have quite a bit of room left and as mentioned on the page, the adult version falls really big, as I only just fit into those. (My measurements to get a little better size estimation: pants size 34inch waist,height 190cm,weight 85kg (slight tummy and no spindly legs)) The disadvantage is that the anti-leak edges are incorporated in this pant and not in the pants, the pants also have a narrow fit in the crotch, so almost no other brand pant fits without leaking other than this pant. This diaper can accommodate minimal amounts without leaking, although the product is far from saturated by then. The edges that should seal the groin area leak as soon as it gets wetter. the 13-18 version is perfectly invisible under clothing, the adults version because it is so wide (for me), it hangs a bit and is visible if you don't put anything over it to counteract this. It is certainly not a bad product and it is really super and comfortable and the designs are nicer than (translucent) white of other protective pants. It is also tricky to put an extra insert in here if necessary because you have to fold something really narrow yourself to get it into the crotch. Absorption capacity is thus disappointing, it is difficult to reach the capacity that nappys themselves have specified before there is even slight leakage (drips/moist outside of the pants) This is all due to pressure leakage when sitting I should mention. The pul outer layer also causes the drying to take considerably longer, it is also quite necessary for use in the pants since the pants themselves with other inserts also do not perform too well under pressure, where with other brands I do not have as much trouble. The quality of the product (as well as the pants) is really top notch though, nicely finished and looks good. The anatomy of the product and mine just don't seem to match so the product unfortunately just doesn't match me. For me personally there should be an "in-between" size of the 13-18 and the adult version with a little more width in the crotch to fit over the inserts so that the pants close higher in the groin and the inserts are "recessed" into the pants, instead of being flush with the floor as if they were underpants. This is how it appears to me. Nevertheless, I do recommend this product! Why Because if it does fit you well and if you lose less this product is very comfortable and fairly invisible to use. If I use this insert in another pant with a thin insert against the outside to take care of that pressure leakage it works well, but then again this one is just a bit too expensive and inconvenient for that (drying time).

Easy system to use along with the matching bottoms. They are wider at the top which is very good for larger peepers. However, they do not absorb super well. If you use this system for a "moderate" peeper or as a transition to potty training, it is a very good system. For larger pee pads or to really use as a diaper replacement, we do not find it so ideal since it does not absorb very much and falls very large making it very visible. With little ones who are already somewhat aware of this, this can be perceived as unpleasant. We do use it at home as part of toilet training. It dries very quickly and the smell of pee does not linger (unlike other systems).
