This super absorbent insert of bamboo should be put in the diaper folded in half. The insert is suitable to increase the absorbency of any diaper. This includes the Lighthouse Supreme diaper. One side of the insert is bamboo, the other side has a microfleece layer for a stay dry feeling. You can choose which side you wish to put up against your child’s skin. In total, the insert is made of four layers of bamboo and one layer of microfleece.

Now in use for a while and washed many times, the extra inserts described in the first impression are no longer necessary. The only drawback is that the edges pull up slightly, which causes the edge to rise a bit. In a pocket this is fine, but I do not know how comfortable this is directly against the buttocks.
