If ordered before 4 PM, next day delivery*
*This only goes for weekdays, for orders within The Netherlands that are placed and paid before 4 PM. Many Belgian parcels are usually delivered the next day too. Orders after 4 PM or on weekends will be sent off the next business day.
In case it happens that something is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as we can and look for the best solution.
When we have sent off your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and your invoice. As soon as DPD has scanned your parcel, you will receive a Track and Trace code to be able to track your parcel.
Unfortunately, we can not control the deliveries made by DPD. During busy times it can happen that parcels that we sent off on time, will not be delivered on the promised day.
Free shipping from €50,00*
*This goes for orders within The Netherlands, to Belgium and Germany. For orders below €50 the shipping costs are €4.95.
Apart from shipping within The Netherlands or to Belgium and Germany, we also ship to all other countries of the European Union. Shipping costs for these countries are €14.95. Orders from €250 are delivered for free throughout all countries within the Europan Union. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway.
By appointment, orders can also be collected at our home for free (Zegelhorstweg 4, Meppel). Choose “Pick up” during your order process and write down in the comment section when you wish to come and collect your order. We will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Free consultant advice
Nappy’s.nl has more than 60 consultants spread all over The Netherlands and Belgium, with whom you can make an appointment for free. Our consultants are all mothers with a lot of experience, so there is nobody who can teach you better than them! Our consultants have got, and have tested almost our entire product range. They receive a fixed compensation per consultation, so they do not depend on your purchase. So no pressure!
