If ordered before 4 PM, next day delivery*
*This only goes for weekdays, for orders within The Netherlands that are placed and paid before 4 PM. Many Belgian parcels are usually delivered the next day too. Orders after 4 PM or on weekends will be sent off the next business day.
In case it happens that something is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as we can and look for the best solution.
When we have sent off your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and your invoice. As soon as DPD or PostNL has scanned your parcel, you will receive a Track and Trace code to be able to track your parcel.
Unfortunately, we can not control the deliveries made by DPD or PostNL. During busy times it can happen that parcels that we sent off on time, will not be delivered on the promised day.
Free shipping and return available*
*We offer free shipping on all orders above €75 to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. For orders below €25 the shipping costs are €6.95. For orders between €25 and €50, shipping costs are €4.95 and for orders between €50 and €75, shipping costs are €2.95.
Shipping costs for France, Denmark and Austria are €9.95. Orders of €150 or more are shipped free of charge.
We also ship to all other countries of the European Union. Shipping costs for these countries are €14.95. Orders from €250 are delivered for free throughout all countries within the European Union. We do also ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, but not to other countries.
By appointment, orders can also be collected at our home for free (Zegelhorstweg 4, Meppel). Choose “Pick up” during your order process and write down in the comment section when you wish to come and collect your order. We will contact you to confirm your appointment.
