Liners are placed loosely on the diaper or on the top booster/inserts to protect the diaper and allow for easy removal of stool.

We offer two types of liners suitable for use with incontinence. The Blümchen charcoal-bamboo inserts are reusable and, at 25 x 60 cm, are designed for adults. These inserts provide a dry feeling. Solid stool can easily be shaken off into the toilet. Thanks to their dark color, these inserts are stain-resistant.
The Popolini viscose liners are also suitable for incontinence. They are washable and reusable if they have only become wet. They should be discarded as soon as solid stool accumulates on them. These inserts measure 25 x 33 cm, which is half the size of the Blümchen inserts. This is because these inserts are based on the size of cloth diapers for young children. Within this category, these are the largest inserts, and they can therefore be used for incontinence in older children and adults, but some may find them too small. In that case, the reusable charcoal-bamboo inserts from Blümchen are a better alternative.
